The HCEP Auction is the one fund-raising event held by the school each year. One hundred
percent of the net proceeds go back to the school. Funds raised will supply the preschools music and science program, replenish
the school's scholarship fund and have also been used to put new floor-tiles and sinks in the classrooms, and renovate the
bathrooms. The auction is a great community-building event and there are many parent volunteer options available. The evening
of the auction is fun, exciting and THE social event of the school year!
The auction committee needs and appreciates
all kinds of help from the HCEP community. NO matter how much or how little time you can give, all is appreciated!
Here are some ways you can get involved:
-Volunteer! Contact the auction chair to find out how you can help.
-Donate an item of service to be auctioned or make a cash contribution. Your donation
is tax-deductible as the law allows.
-Ask friends, family members,
or businesses to make donations.
-Advertise in the auction catalog.
Use the space to thank a special teacher or coach, place a team or class photo, list your business or send a special message
to your child.
-Come to the auction and have a great time!!!
